Why do you use certified GOTS Organic Cotton?
Not only is GOTS better for our environment, it is also safer for our Troopers. Without the use of commercial pesticides and chemicals, the cotton produced from GOTS certified organic cotton is both safer and more durable than the non-organic counterpart. What are the accepted payment methods for Philippine orders?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Cash on Delivery, Gcash, and Grabpay.
What are the accepted payment methods for International orders?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express via Paypal.
Can I use multiple credit cards on my order?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process multiple cards on a single order.

For Philippine customers, we ship your order via tracked shipment or on-demand delivery services

How long will my order arrive?
Philippine Orders
Metro Manila: 2-5 business days
Rest of Philippines: 3-6 business days
International Orders
Asia: 3-5 business days
USA and Europe: 3-7 business days
Rest of the World: 5-10 business days
How long will it take for you to ship out my order?
We try our best to ship out your product as soon as we receive them. For Standard and International deliveries, kindly give us up to 48 hours to process your order.
Are custom and duties taxes included in my order?
Custom, duties, and applicable taxes are not included
Can I return my order?
For Philippine orders, you can return any unused item(s) within 14 days from the date you received your order.
For International orders, unfortunately, we do not offer returns yet.

Do I pay for return?
At the moment, we do not offer free returns. Shipping must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by yawning yolk
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchange service. However, you can simply return any unused items to us for a full refund, as per our ‘Returns Policy’, and place a new order for the item(s) you want
